★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for a while. The staff are really nice. There is one old lady who I believe is the manager by the way she treats staff. I hear her threatening them almost everytime i go in. she is short and has black hair. Has the worst mug on her face, I don’t understand how this place hired somebody like her to run the show. Whoever owns this franchise needs to update there standards. Won’t be going back to this subway. She should really consider herself lucky to even be employed in today’s current crisis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never left a review but from my experience the staff is very rude as I was trying to do a split payment. the short woman with brown hair, I am guessing the manager, rolled her eyes and was very unprofessional and over charged us $4 and although that’s not a lot as a student with a part time job, it was. I didn’t know if it was because I was young and didn’t speak up but not impressed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible experience. Manger was VERY RUDE and when confronted about this we got snapped at and told "im busy" when there was no one else in store. Absolutely horrible customer service and will never be going back. That lady/manager needs fired if subway wants to keep customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was fast, despite it being busy. I was served by a lovely girl (with beautiful eyes) who recommended my meal and it did not disappoint. A real gem in there, thanks for the habanero sauce!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 of the staff members working there offer excellent service and are very polite.
However, I cannot say the same about the older lady working there — presumably their manager — as she conducts herself in a highly passive aggressive manner. Her rudeness and inadequate service deters customers from wanting to go to this location to get their sub (evidenced by other reviews on this thread).
I leave one star for the two whose service is impeccable, but I remove four stars for their ghastly manager’s conduct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without a doubt some of the most lovely staff. Whenever I'm on my break or need a chat I know that the Subway staff will be there to compliment my outfit or ask about my day. They're wonderful and interesting, usually playing a good tune. Absolutely love this store as the people make it above and beyond my usual sandwich store experience. ?
