★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place you could ever go to, totally disrespected, frowned at when my girl walked in, Said hello to the lady at the desk, she replied with what do you want, asked to sign up for healthcare for the family, got smirked at and was told they don't take new enrollments.
This is fine if your not taking anyone new but show some respect, the same way it was given to you, even though it was undeserved.
Shame on you lady, I wonder how your boss would feel???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Lowe, Manon and Lynette are lovely but unfortunately I can't say the same for other staff. Have since changed to a different medical centre for better patient care and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love it here. Nice and clean feeling with bright colours. Claire the receptionist is wonderful. The other receptionist and nurses are great too. I've been seeing Dr Lowe for most of my life and Dr Teo sometimes too. Always feel welcome and comfortable at this clinic hence why I haven't changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be sure you are correctly diagnosed properly and given the correct medication as these can cause severe side effects , I myself in the last 4weeks have experienced the worst symptoms side effects and ended up in hospital twice due to being ignored when i contacted this medical centre and to notify i was given incorrect medication i received rude phone calls from the nurses , i since seeked a second opinion on this matter and i tried to contacted Dr Lowe to exsplain whats happened and all i was told is that im no longer a patient as i seeked a second opinion and that Dr lowe is retiring and not taking on new patients.
I am happy i have found a new GP and looking foward to receiving the right care .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While DR Lowe is very good and quite thorough, the receptionist Clare is the exact opposite. Her attitude is constantly rude and the other day I missed a call from them so I called back and was hung up on as I was mid sentence just saying that I’ve missed a call and never even received another call back from them as I doubt DR Lowe was ever advised that I called back as she didn’t even ask my name before hanging up on me. I’ve had multiple bad/rude experiences from her but put it aside as Dr Lowe is usually worth it however that was the cherry on the top. I have since enrolled at another practice which is a shame as they have been my GP for 10 years now.

(Dr Teo) Even the nurse is beautiful. Dr Lowe is awesome too. And the receptionists dont come across as happy happy but thats just them and theyre actually really lovely. Family doctor for 20years+.
I moved to Manurewa and still come to see T.L Care. Il never leave.
