All Seasons Pharmacy is also one of the only Pharmacies within West Auckland that offer Home Healthcare Support. Mobility equipment is available for hire or purchase including Wheelchairs, Walkers and Crutches. All Seasons has a wide range of Home Healthcare to help support you. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're unlucky enough to need controlled drugs; they will judge you. Even with an articulate letter from my psychiatrist explaining the situation, I was still met with hostility.
Highlights; insinuation that I'm some sort of crim, refusal to dispense medication & the cherry on top was being told "It's busy" and being hung up on. I tried calling back and chatted to someone else - as soon as I mentioned making a complaint they also hung up on me.
You are not doctors; if a script is due then it's your job to dispense it - not play God. You have the audacity to insinuate I'm a criminal just because I'm in poor health and I have to use CDs?
Use some of those investigative sleuth skills you so badly want to unleash and find out where my regular medication is, since it's been entirely missing from Unichem NZ-wide for 5 months.
My favourite part was being told that if I called back again, they'd call the police for "Harassment" - I guess asking how to make a formal complaint touches a nerve. I'll be passing all this on to the area manager. Lived all around the world and never been treated so terribly by a pharmacy, truly vile. If anyone wants to speak to me about removing this review, feel free to apologise to me, I won't hold my breath.

Her and the staff are lovely people, always have a smile and are willing to go the extra mile with their service.
I have moved from the area, but still use them because of the great atmosphere in the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great experience getting my second Covid vaccination today. No line, each person I encountered from the registration guy to the vaccinator, to the observation man were all lovely and friendly and I barely felt the vaccination itself - such a quick easy process thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful friendly place to go to get what you need! Went for my second COVID shot after calling last minutes asking if I needed to book and they said, “no just come on in”! So easy…. and the entire staff were beyond friendly, kind, patient, and so helpful! Great local chemist!

Can I ask what the cost is for the SKU's? As it is in the benefit of the health approach of New Zealand.

Cost +15% I'd understand and pay without drama but profiteering from a public good is shameful.
I think your pharmacy is actually quite good. I genuinely believe you give a good service, I thank you for providing Vaccination, but I wholeheartedly disdain a 50% markup on a public health order.
