★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful shop. Amazing tea and tea-ware. We love their products which are fantastic. They should have a tea cafe onsite with some food too. However - their staff and customer service is appalling. Will never return and do NOT recommend this place. Uber expensive too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrance to the store was obstructed and doors were closed at 2 pm on the 17February.
Sales representative complained having a difficult day with abuse from protesters. This frustration transferred into lack of service or frankly rude communication.
T2 brand would benefit from a self check out instead of current Human Resources in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the ultimate of tea stores. I don't drink the brew at all, even fragrant teas, but I was glad to have gone into this establishment. Superb displays with friendly and knowledgeable staff as well as a great product range (including the unique South African rooibos and honey bush). Wellington done to you all!

Highly recommend if you love Tea this shop is a must stop if your in Wellington.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ T2 is the place for tea lover and also attracts people who are going to be a serious tea drinker! They have so many flavours. The brewers? A LOT! You could spend a lot of money here because every tea brewer is unique and well designed (very detailed). The staff are lovely and really helpful. I bought a pearl-pink tumbler and get hot tea for free! LOVELY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your staff at the Wellington branch need a good tune up on their customer service.
I can understand we are in a pandemic and face masks must be worn, but witnessing your staff last Wednesday yelling across the store to another customer for forgetting to pull up her mask is unacceptable. Surely there's better ways to go about it rather than publicly embarrassing her. I hope her tea was worth it, I know I definitely wouldn't have purchased anything after being treated that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent range and lovely store as always. I was served by Amber yesterday who went out of her way to put together a gift for my mother-in-law. I felt very safe shopping there as they all wore masks, kept their distance, and ensured other shoppers did the same.
I was however shocked at the rude and frankly dangerous behaviour of other shoppers while I was in there, which your staff handled with far more grace and politeness than they deserved.
Perhaps you need to hire security to assist with enforcing the mask policy and to keep your staff safe.
