★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've eaten there and found that a few times I have eaten in, the dishes (plates, cutlery) are always dirty and plates are so badly chipped that customers shouldn't be using them at all. When I approached them about the dirty dishes they replied "We are having problems with our dishwasher machine". Piss poor excuse I think. "What's wrong with washing by hand" I added and with no reply. A good example, a lady walked in this morning complaining about their coffee cups needing a clean, not 1 but all. The Asian woman serving just kept smiling and didn't even remove the cups at all for cleaning even after the lady left in discus. Dont go there as cleanliness is a must and should be top priority especially when it comes to food cross contamination. Shame on yous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst bosses I could of ever worked for. I suggest you don’t work for them unless you want to be Over worked but underpaid. She likes to talk about you to other customers in front of you, brings you down for jobs you know how to do but isn’t being done her way. Good luck to the next lot of people she hires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic, large selection of food including fresh sandwiches and the most amazing cream filled pancakes. Excellent prices and efficient and friendly staff. Highly recommend and will be our Go To Place in Taupo next time we are in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best value for money in Taupo. $14 for bacon, 2 eggs, a sausage, 2 toast and mushrooms and 2 hash browns. We also love their donuts, pancakes and pies! There coffee isntt bad either. Customer service is lovely
