β β β β β Staff were friendly and the service was speedy. The menu screens are up high and a little hard to read. Good place to stop for lunch or grab something on the way home from work.
Positioned in the Cashel Square/BNZ Centre, just of the main streets. Like stepping away from the hustle of the rebuild city. Nice escape.

β β β β β Staff have absolutely no idea in what order to serve customers, commonly itβs whoβs next in line, but somehow today I became invisible!! Left without purchasing and never to return. NO TANKS VERY MUCH, I have found a new regular juice bar in the riverside market nearby instead.

β β β β β Really Poor service and rude staff. Visited today evening arround 5.30pm and a lady was serving us and she was very rude. When we enter the store we greet her with a Hi and she don't even greet us back which is fine as its up to her. But when taking order her attitude was like we were asking for some free drinks from her. Never ever experienced such a poor customer service from Tank before. First time visited this store and never gonna go back there.

β β β β β we went here on Sunday 21/03/202. usually ppl who work here are nice but this time the lady was not interested at all. She was very rude and when our smoothies were ready she angrily said "Tropical" ,mildly banged the cups on platform, and left.

β β β β β The staff need more training. People waiting too long and not being greeted when they walked in. One of the staff looked busy but took ten mins to make a smoothie.
