★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here for 10 minutes and 4 different cars have come in and been disappointed that it’s closed. There is no “closed” sign and so weird to be closed on a Tuesday… I’ve just read half of the reviews from the past 3 months and they are all rated 1-2 stars. Don’t waste your time coming here. Go to another location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please dont waste your time and money here. Super slow and taste not as i usually get from other tank, and please dont take wrap from here, so many flies in the vege box they are not even closing the boxes, not so hygienic. They might need some more staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst Tank. Customer service is bad and the staff are not welcoming. They will take their time doing 1 order nevermind all the other customers waiting. They would rather clean their dishes and have their customer wait on them, how unprofessional.
I only still go here because it's the closest store to me but I am never ashamed to say how it is.
The other day I ordered online a Thai Chicken Salad and went and picked it up and got home and ate it and it was something totally different. I called and spoke with the manager and she was as worst as the staff.
NEED TO CLOSE DOWN OR HIRE NEW STAFF AND MANAGER - I don't mind going else where. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAFF ARE APPAULING!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give no stars I would!! Only ever 1-2 staff on even during the busy lunch hours. No wonder the wait is always 30-40mins + at the least! No point in ordering online either as you get there and they haven't even started your order. Customer service is terrible. Who runs this mess of a place???!! Don't recommend at all.

Customer service is beyond ridiculous, you walk in & they just egnore you & take over 10 minutes just to take your order. Then there is always at least half n hours wait. If you order online well beforehand and go at the pick up time given 9/10 times they haven't even started your order. What's the point in having an online system then? DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and friendly service. I have never been to Tank before, so I asked the girl (Lauren , I think her name was) for recommendations. She was very helpful and explained the differences in the smoothies and juices for me. I finally decided on the All berry tank. It was Delicious. I recommend it to my family, so they went down that day and purchased 3 other ones to try. Fantastic service, I highly recommend you give it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously do not waste your time or money at this place!! I usually order online sometimes over 2 hours ahead & without a doubt EVERY SINGLE TIME they haven't even started my order. They just say "Aw we got busy". Not acceptable!! What is the point in having an online ordering system?? Also when you walk in they take over 10 minutes just to say hi & take notice of you. Worst customer service I've ever had I now drive all the way to Bombay for Tank because this place is just absolutely ridiculous. Get more staff that are taught proper customer service! If I could give no stars I would!
