★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I water damaged my phone, and i was promised that in 3-5 working days to be notified of the situation and it' s solution, and in another 3-5 working days a fixed phone. I waited essentially 7 working days for any news, and when i finally got given my phone (a general service clean up and a screen touch up due to water damage = $250), it was given to me, it worked for 40 minutes and turned back off. After this, i took it back and was further notified my "motherboard" had been damaged, and they were able to fix this component for the price of $750. I refunded my money and am waiting to get my money and phone back (promised on Tuesday) and i will definitely be putting my phone in the hands of people who are able to deliver the agreed upon repaired iPhone, most preferably one which is able to withstand more than 40 minutes of use. Absolutely ridiculous and insanely overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The so-called repairs this place does have lead my phone to have nothing but more issues.
Had to take it back 3 times and even after that my phone ended up with missing screws.
They tried arguing with me that certain issues were my fault when they were clearly a fault in their repair procedure. The phone ended up with Apple Pay not working at all which they can’t even fix.
Steer well clear of any OmniTech location for repairs, they’re not in it for quality of repair but rather quantity of repairs complete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had really bad experience with omni tech. I was promised to get my phone unlocked in 3-5 days. After 4 days they sent me an email and text saying you can pick up your device, great. I drove an hour from home to pick it up, but it wasn't there. The lady told me you can either pick it up from here in 2 days or get it mailed to your address. I asked if it will make it to my address by Friday (in 2 days) and she said surely.
Friday came, phone did not. I waited the mail over Monday and Tuesday, without a phone. On Wednesday morning I called them and asked if they can track it so i know where it is stuck. They said it hasn't even been sent yet ?!? They said they can get it sent today if i pay it now online. Total was 10 dollars (delivery cost) more than i was told. I told them I don't trust their postal services anymore and said I will pick it up straight away, and I assume I will get a proper discount of the delay. She said she can give me 30 dollars discount but I will need to pay the postage. EVEN IF I pick the phone up by myself? She said "sorry in my position I can't do anything else because I don't know who you were talking to and what she said." etc.
At the end of the day, the service what was supposed to take 3-5 days, took 2 weeks and I needed to dive an hour away on their mistake. All together I got 20 dollars discount that does not even cover up the gas I wasted, not to mention the delay that caused me problems. Staff in this company seem not to take responsibility of each other mistakes, rather tell the client that they can not do anything for you since they are not entitled to. Very disappointed and definitely can't recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in to Omnitech this morning with a problematic laptop with an older version of Windows7.
David patiently sorted the problems that took some considerable time as low loading on my dinosaur took some time.
Fully intending to pay for his time he didn’t want to accept any money so I offered to give him a review on his site.
Hoping those that may read this will give them their business.
Two very obliging young guys running this shop in the Albany Mall clise to the Food Court.

Get told one price one the phone when I called, a more expensive price when dropping off and then another more expensive price on pick up. Also force you to sign a waiver after they have worked on your phone saying if anything gets lost it’s on you and not them. Do not go here
