Super deep walk and there's no sign when you reached the lookout, the lookout is a giant rock, you need to climb on to see the view, overall it's a good walk!

Very very Streep and Challenging.. NOT for the unfit... Steps are around an average of 55 degree ascent incline.. and it's one of the most challenging I have done. We ran walked crawled the WILD KIWI event with 400 others... 5 hrs... over 1600metres of climb descent.... Body hurts for 6 days...

This hike is spectacular - extremely hard, but gorgeous nonetheless. The trails goes up for a long time and don't expect switchbacks, it's just straight up. I didn't complete the whole trail due to time, I stopped at the picnic table that was at the top of the hill. The views of the ocean and the surrounding area are truly incredible throughout the hike and definitely worth the time and exertion. I even saw a really beautiful bird in the forest.

Well worth the calf burn the next day, I was surprised by how many native birds I heard a saw along the trail and lookout. I even heard and saw a kaka in the distance. Probably the best hike In the northland region for me.

One of the best hikes to do in the Northland region. 1200 steps right in the beginning, with a view well worth the climb! Go on a clear day to make the most of the view from the top. Takes around 5 hours.

Incredible 360 views from the top of the rock on top of the Mountain. 1h30min to get to that point. TOTALLY WORTH IT. The track is not hard, but closer to the top you'll find a few steps that can make you sweat a lot ?? Take your time, bring at least 02 small bottles of water (per person) and you'll be fine.

100% worth it. Not a super hard walk, though recommend gripped shoes as parts are a little muddy. Started at Peach Cove Carpark and means you finish at Ocean beach for coastal views and maybe even a quick dip. The 360 view is worth the little bouldering, take care if a wet day. Takes about 1hr 30-45 to get to the top.

A moderately challenging hour's hike from the beachside car park to the top. Great views. Vegetation changes from pine to grassy hill to rain forest before emerging among the clouds at the rocky summit.
