★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting walk short tunnel at each end lots of stones used for track sides, retaining and even steps. Tail race tunnels. Small stream with trickle of water coming out of little Cave with dry stream over it would be interesting waterfall in rainy weather. Good track lots of stones. Entry opposite Carpark exit 100m down road from Carpark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little fill in walk if you are limited for time (20min) and don't feel like climbing mountain tracks but still want to meander through some nice regenerating bush and check out some interesting old mine workings. Couple of tunnels to walk through although one was closed temporarily for repair when we went in April 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't rate this walk. The first tunnel of the walk was closed due to rockfall damage danger. Nothing really amazing.... would recommend similar types instead....The Blue Spur walk or Woods Creek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended short walk, we went while it was drizzling so quite magical. Take a torch for the first and last part of the trek. The middle cave looked to dangerous due to weather so we didnt risk going in for a closer look.
