β β β β β Terrace Villa Apartments are a short walk to the centre of Wellington, in close proximity to supermarkets and restaurants. It is fantastic to find an apartment which is warm, clean, cosy and spacious and feels like you are home. The apartments are self contained with all the basic amenities, like kitchen, laundry, TV Cable connection, heater etc and some even include a convection oven which adds to the apartments appeal. The Internet service is excellent and helps with communication with home through Skype. The office staff are friendly and helpful with all requests asked of them. It can be a difficult undertaking working in a foreign country for many months, but living at the Terrace Villas has for me made this task easier to manage. It is the first time in an apartment that I have been able to bake a cake (or twoο). I would highly recommend to stay at the Terrace Villa Apartments.

β β β β β We stayed at the rear of the villa on the corner of Salamanca & The Terrace. The contact people who look after these villas were awesome. Nothing was too much trouble. They delivered bedding and a fold away bed for our friend who was with us for the weekend even found an offstreet park for his car. Our quarter of the villa was clean, tastefully decorated and in great condition. We had a comfortable bed, adequate cooking & eating equipment. Great location in the CBD.

β β β β β Our company sends people to Wellington most months. We find Terrace Villas the most practical place to stay. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. We are easily able to conduct our business from the apartments and the management is ready to help with anything we need - we often hold meetings with our clients and they find the surroundings pleasant and relaxed. β β β β β Very comfortable living situation for those who need a little more space than a hotel room. We were placed here for our move to Wellington for 3 weeks. The place is serviced once a week for those long stays and the place was nice and warm even though we arrived on the first day of winter! Good location too!

β β β β β Excellent all round serviced accommodation for central city - comfortable and spacious. The space and relaxed atmosphere is a real treat after working in Asian and European cities.
The staff are friendly and have that Kiwi charm that's so popular around the world.
This is a place I would stay again, definitely, and certainly recommend to colleagues and associates.

β β β β β Staff are great but the place is more like a 2 Star hotel. It's a great building but really needs a decent clean, a dishwasher, and to be serviced more than once a week! After coming from Hong Kong it was a real kick in the teeth to pay this kind of money for this level of accommodation. At half the price it would still be way overpriced. Find a real hotel instead.

β β β β β Honestly one of the best apartments I have stayed in. The rooms are super clean and have a lot of space to move around in. The prices of night are super good . The staff are friendly and very helpful. Itβs very close to a lot of Wellingtonβs best restaurants.
