★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient location and the ability to add on site parking, which is essential in Wellington.
Clean and convenient setup in the kitchen with a nespreso machine and decent smart TV in the lounge.
No air-conditioning, which would have made it 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots were broken in our suite. The coffee machine, hairdryer and dishwasher. Had to ask for more shampoo etc. Luckily not all of us drank tea, as there was only just enough. It's easy enough to ask for extra, but would have been nice to be given more in the room. The couch cushion was stained as well. Not very impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in two bedroom townhouse on a cold wet Wellington weekend. There is no heat pump in these units - just a couple of oil fin heaters. Nowhere near enough for these units so we were very cold. Amazing there is no heat pump.
Staff seemed a bit disorganised too.
The following night after our friends had gone we stayed in an apartment in the north tower and that was great (and warm!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment was as pictured and really clean. Had some issues trying to get the Netflix and chrome cast to work but we rung down to reception and someone came and sorted it pretty quickly.
I will say that the walls are really thin so be aware of this! You can hear people talking in the room next door so something to consider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay! The staff although I had little to do with, as my friend was a long term guest, what interaction I was part of were amazing.
Being central to the CBD meant we could walk everywhere and not have to worry. Security of the place was amazing - I felt safe and secure the whole time! Would definitely stay again!
Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were a little worn and broken, but not unusable.
