★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great self contained apartment and place to stay..we had 2 kids with us and the apartment we were in was great. Central location to everywhere we wanted to go and all the eateries around us were a bonus!! Thanks to Lisa @ Astelia for suggesting this place..very enjoyable stay and will definately use again when in Wellington :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here over 2 separate weeks with the family. Loved the apartment, especially the included washer and dryer that helped a lot with kids around. Location was very central, most attractions in Wellington were within walking distance. Would highly recommend for anyone in Wellington.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time I have ever complained about accommodation. This is the most unpleasant, unclean place I have ever stayed. The whole apartment smells so strongly of smoke I am gagging. The carpet is dirty and has a sticky stain on it. There are bottle caps in the balcony. The shower is weak, and dirty. Lightbulbs are out and there are cracks in the kitchen tiles. It feels gross to be here, it does not look like the website, and it is depressing. The towels are fluffy and new, the beds are fine, the location is good. That's it..Otherwise, I am embarrassed to have booked this for us and family and it has really put a damper on a special occasion. Awful. The Boulcott Suites we rented once, an associated property, was great.

Very central area
BUT .....
No plugs in any sinks (kitchen or bathrooms)
No vacuum cleaner or sweeper to clean up after ourselves.
Rubbish bins outside were overflowing.
Carpets and furnishings were dirty.
Handles broken on cupboards.
Wardrobe sliding doors off their tracks in 2 units.
Oven didnt work in one unit.
Kitchens were poorly equipped with limited spoons, no cutting board, insufficient pots.
Overpowering smell of smoke everywhere.
Almost a third of the light bulbs weren't working.
Poorly maintained facility, could be fabulous but in such poor and damaged condition, not value for money as a result.
Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and Tidy, great location. Every thing you need and beds very comfortable. Would certainly stay again. No TV,only cable. ( Just an observation with 4 adults should be a reasonable supply of tea and coffee etc for a weekend stay.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay, right in the heart of Willis Street, which is in the heart of the CBD. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, plenty of space for the 3 of us. They are very generous with the towels...oh must mention, we walked into a lovely warm apartment, they had put on the heaters, and the lights...a very warm welcome, absolute bliss!!
The apartment was surrounded by eateries galore, we had a lovely Japanese dinner 2 minutes from our apartment... which was lovely to walk to, in the cold wet evening. We might try the Korean restaurant, which is next door, for tomorrow nights dinner. Top notch, thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An enjoyable stay. Apartment clean, warm and spacious. Bedrooms were large and beds very comfortable (not to hard/soft).
Booked a 2 bedroom apartment with two king beds, upon arrival there was one king and two single. Was able to make contact with reception (no reception on site, but contact 24/7 is available via phone, response to calls is prompt) and within 10 minutes of call housekeeping arrived to sort beds.
Great service and fairly priced .
