★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very popular eatery and bar so may be best to book. Sharing plates are enough for a light meal. The slow cooked lamb shoulder was perfect. Staff very friendly and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, great cozy vibes! Came for brunch and got French toast which was quite small but delish. Also got eggs on toast, and the fried chicken croissant which were all really good! Then we also had the fries poutine style which omg they were amazing!!!!! Really good prices as well- totally recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard amazing things about The Arborist, so went tonight for dinner (around 6.30pm). Staff were very friendly which was lovely, despite them being short staffed, but that is one of those things so not an issue at all. My gripe was with the food. I ordered a burger and chips, both of which were super sweet to the point where I barely made a dent in my food, but my partner finished it instead. Not sure if this was a genuine mistake, or if the food is always this sugary. Was not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a table booked for 8 guests for a birthday nibble & drinks. Arrived and we were told our reserved table is being occupied by other customers opted to wait while this was sorted. Waited 15 mins to be asked “is everything okay”. A tad confused as I had just spoke to this person about our table. I was then told the other customers will not move so was asked to go on another table. I was okay with this of course. I was quite disappointed with this experience as we reserved a table, arrived on time and had to wait longer to be seated just to be given a table that was not cleared of used tableware however, didn’t want it to ruin our night. Service was otherwise good, there was one particular worker who stood out and had great customer service - unfortunately we didn’t catch his name. Food was delicious and the Sangria was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a cheese board, mimosas and parmesan fries. The fries and mimosas were fine, super average. The cheeseboard was tiny and was actually just on a serving saucer, same size as our own plates were eating on. The vibes were fine, the staff were friendly. The smell of weed was really strong coming in from outside (maybe from someone walking in and out to smoke) so some better ventilation would be highly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly helpful staff. Enjoyed a couple of bar snack type entrees and a couple of drinks. Roof top bar closed for reno so sat at street level. Warm. Acoustics are good, not drowned out by background music. Clean and stylish Male ablutions. I'd go here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooftop bar was good. Nice happy servers who were friendly and bouncy. Chips and onion rings were great. View was nice. Not extremely comfy seating. But the idea is awesome. Was a bit quiet on the Tues night. Probably would be better on a busier evening. The Flatbread with toppings was lovely and fresh. Service was attentive and quick. Liked the atmosphere. Felt relaxed there.
