★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. I had a classic manicure done today and I am so impressed with the quality of the manicure itself and the atmosphere/experience! My nails look perfect (not a flaw and even coverage) and feel like they will last until they grow out. The furniture and lighting in this place seem luxurious and clean - this does not feel like those mall nail salons. I was offered a drink when I arrived. I WILL be back. This was one of the most enjoyable nail experiences I’ve ever had!
**Edited to add a photo of my nails the next day. I woke up this morning and still can’t get over how perfect of a polish this is. The polish covers all the nail and is perfectly smooth. I feel like I’ve just discovered what good nails are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience itself was painful, and I recall my friend stating "Nails shouldn't be painful" yet I was in pain with how rough the lady was with my nails. A week later, I was shopping for sanitary items and my entire fingernail which I had SNS and my actual nail lifted off in the middle of the store which was extremely painful. I had to go to the doctors in which they told me that they've never had to deal with something like this beforehand and that I had to wait out for 6 months until the nail starts to grow back, they were not able to remove the full nail as this would complicate things in the future. I emailed The Art of Nails and they did not apologise, and they refused to remove the SNS for free as I have become traumatised that this will occur again. I am very disappointed with the service and the lady was extremely rude and not understanding whatsoever blaming it on me, saying its my fault the nail came off when the lady doing my nails was hurting me? All I wanted was an apology and for them to be kind enough to take them off with no charge as this is the least they could do for causing me pain and hardship for the next 6 months. Not happy with this whatsoever and very upset about this. I have had better experiences with other nail salons and although this hasn't happened before, I know with all my heart that they would treat me with more kindness and respect then The Art of Nails did. I do not recommend. Just because a place has a 'good' image to it, does not necessarily mean they will show you kindness and respect when something like this occurs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had worst customer service on 2 seperate occasions. I had an appointment. Arrived early. Then someone who arrives after you but gets her full pedicure treatment for 35 mins before you get attended to. Not impressed and have changed salons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish done here last Friday (16th July) with my friend who placed our booking. I have had my set of acrylics on for about 9 days and I've had one nails just fall off while I was in the shower and have about 4 of the enhancement nails that are starting to show that they're going to fall off soon as well (detaching from the nail near the cuticle). I'm really confused as to why they are already starting to do this when it has only been 9 days and I haven't been rough when doing things (e.g. I have been using my knuckles to open a can rather than my nails than I used to do before getting acrylics). They were also not very long at all, but I was still extremely cautious of anything I was to do as I am 17 years old and have used my own money for them. I have posted a photo below as proof if needed :)
overall, the service was great, the employees were very friendly, the branch was so clean and hygienic and the nails were really neatly done despite them falling off. I feel really bad complaining but it isn't right that they're already falling off! Hopefully this gets sorted as I would totally come back to the service again as I had an overall amazing experience in their branch and totally recommend coming here.

1: Within fifteen minutes of pedicure, the nail light machine fell and hit my foot twice.
2 :In the process of pusher. Hard and painful.
3: I paid by debit card, and the paywave has an extra 3% fee. But they didn't tell the customer in advance.
4: It cost $55 to pedicure, but it didn't touch any water.
What a terrible experience. I won't go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly I have been a loyal returning customer for a few years now but have recently been in and had a manicure and pedicure. One of my gel nails lasted 1day…. I had a slight crack on my thumb nail which they kindly put some like of glue/polish over it before doing the gel but I am sure it was this that caused the gel to not stick properly.
I emailed the salon to give them a chance to compensate me but their reply was very much off point and there was such a lack of caring, they basically told me it was my fault and listed 3 reasons but gel doesn't last.
It is just sad to see they don't really care.
All the best to the salon but I won't be returning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will have to give this place a 1 star this time despite having gone before with minimal problems. Got a manicure and my technician (albeit a lovely lady) cut my cuticles on 2 nails which proceeded to bleed for 2-3 hours afterward. I emailed and messaged them on Instagram about this asking for a remedy and 3 weeks later there has not been a reply, not even an apology.
