★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a lovely store with Asian products that I'm used to that has opened near me, staff is very nice and offered their help as much as they can. Some of the products are not in stock with the ormiston store but the staff have advised me to order online with free delivery because the CBD store has stock so all good! Would love to see them have more stock and products in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how this store not only has K-beauty products but also have a lot of Japanese products that I used to buy in Japan! Hopefully they will expand their Japanese range much more! Really love the tsubaki hair treatment and looking forward to see if they will have the tsubaki shampoo range too in to future!

Jenny explained the different products they have in store and what is suitable for my sensitive skin. I have been using the products for two weeks now and I am very happy with the results! Big props to Jenny and the friendly staffs :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give it a zero if I could. My daughter wanted to try a new foundation but has sensitive skin. A Taiwanese sales girl asked us to bring a small container, she will give some for my daughter to try before we buy. We brought the container the next day but was rejected by their person in charged, while the Taiwanese girl wasn't at the store. We tried to explain but they were so determined didn't accept our explanation at all. Will not go to this store again. Moreover, most of their prices are much higher than Hikoco.
As of 1st Jan 2022, the Store Manager, Irene has resolved this matter for us. We are shopping happily at the Store now.

The staff member that served me had such beautiful skin and was sooooo nice, friendly and helpful. I also love the aesthetics of the store :) Thanks for opening up near me!
