Glen was able to check my bike right away, no waiting, and assured me it was fine after running thru the gearing. He didn't even charge for the check. A week into my trip and the bike is running smoothly. Really appreciated the quick, friendly response that meant I didn't lose time. Great service.

Glen looked after me right from the start to the end so that my bike is back on the road in no time. Customer service is fantastic and fees are very cost effective/competitive, absolutely recommend CHBS to all our families and friends! Many thanks to Glen for an excellent job :-)
