I found Emily extremely Professional, competent, friendly n caring and went the extra mile to assist me.Others like Karen, the most rude n arrogant nurse I have come across at Silverferns Medical centre.Karen, you are such a liability to this center n should learn from Emily.Emily is an asset to this Medical centre.Tania, I found at Waimauku, the best n most competent, efficient, highly switched on & helpful receptionist here at Waimau ku doctors n definitely another asset here,in this facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The GP's here are amazing, but who ever answers the phones are ridiculously rude. Moving doctors just because of them, hard to deal with, rude, Confirming that they have sent out a repeat prescription, when they haven't.
One asked me for the fax number for the chemist to send my prescription through to, which no one had ever asked me before. She then said it was because if I just gave her the name of the chemist she would have to look it up and she wasn't on the right screen to do that.
I have worked on phones and dealt with horrible customers before and I am far from one. These ladies that work the phones need a serious wake up call into customer service.
Lost me as a customer thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in this morning to see if they could see my nephew after an accident. Lady at reception brushed us off, the other one didn’t bother looking up. They were apparently snowed under... even though there was no one waiting. Wasn’t so much the fact they (doctors) were busy was the rude ladies at reception who were obviously just gossiping couldn’t be bothered explaining. Damn rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been with this practise since 2002 and have sadly seen it deteriorate since. They use to have the best Doctors and always had time to see patents, but now you can NEVER get an appointment same day, typical turn around to see a doctor is minimum 3-5 business days which isn’t practical when your sick…. Now don’t get me started on the rude customer service… reception is a joke hahahaha just check the other reviews as I don’t want to go on an on. We’re moving practises as I type this :)
