Been with Dr price for a long time and he is great, unfortunately can't say the same thing about the ladies out the front. They are rude and make you feel un welcomed, the wait time is also ridiculous. Had an appointment at 2:30 and never saw the Dr till 4, seriously considering moving GP elsewhere

The receptionists are rude! I don’t even feel comfortable ringing them up or going in because everything is a hassle and all you get is attitude from them! Not acceptable, so disappointed been going here for years.

Dr Price im sorry you are such a fantastic Dr but your receptionist staff are nasty, rude and just really inconsiderate. If it weren't for you I would've changed Dr's because these receptionists really need to be replaced !

The Asian Receptionist, is unacceptable! She’s rude and loud and has no business dealing with the public. She also, violates patient’s right to privacy, by yelling out that you owe them money, while claiming she can’t access patient payments information. She uses every excuse, the plexiglass, not knowing that you actually paid etc,etc to justify yelling out your personal information. Also they expect you to loudly state your full name and date of birth where everyone in the waiting room can hear it. Gosh, I sure hope no one in the waiting room is an identity thief. Not good enough, Lynnmall medical. Poor form.

Really disappointed at the reception service. The β€œAsian Receptionist β€œ who serves here does not have the Common courtesy on how to talk to the visitors politely! The rudeness of her when responding to a patient is unbelievable! The Doctors who practice here are amazing at their job but not the people at the front desk.

I love my doctor weremuni, but unfortunately the front desk staff is a big thumbs down and so is the nurse with the accent! I feel like I’m inconveniencing the receptionist by being there! Even out of lockdown they are rude, and sitting In the waiting room having to listen to other people’s personal details while they are on the phone is terrible! Maybe calls need to be taken out the back and the frontline staff need to take money and do filing! Personal details are personal! And the portal is never going so we have to call but when asked to look into it they do a big sigh like it’s such a hassle! They ignored my 17 year old daughter the other day and she came out in tears! Come on guys do better than this, it’s your job and you need to be more understanding and kind! Danielle was lovely the other day, it was very refreshing to talk to someone gentle and kind from reception ?! When rose was on reception it was such a pleasure to go there!

Never in my entire life that i have been seen on time, they are always late. No point on having to book an appointment. The receptionist is so rude. They don't realize that we have things to do and places to go....i suggest arrive 30 to 45 minutes after your appointment time. Saves you waiting. Guaranteed you will not miss your appointment.

Reception is extremely rude. They charged me for another persons consultation. $65 dollars and when I said what happened they screamed their lungs out at me. And also did not refund me for this. I have nothing but horrible experiences with the staff. Tried booking a phone consultation as this put me off going in physically and got abused by reception was crying my eyes out after. All deserved to be fired. Dealing with not only peoples health but also physical health. I hope this is taking seriously as I believe the staff are not equip to work here. Need proper training on how to speak to people. There is no excuse how they talk to people. This is not a first time occurrence. I am extremely upset and thinking of transferring to a different clinic just based on reception (Meanwhile not having a car but willing to take public transport just so I don't have to deal with their abusive language)
