★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Jonny and the team for such a great day! We choose a private day hire to celebrate a 40th Birthday and everyone really enjoyed it. We were lucky enough to have a stunning Autumn day, but lots to do on the boat even if the weather wasn't the best. Highlights were seeing dolphins and the walk to the lookout with epic views of the B.O.I. Johnny was really accommodating to some special requests. Thanks again, looking forward to bringing the kids back next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cruise was amazing! I would highly recommend it! The crew and owner we're all super friendly and full of energy. This cruise is full of activities including swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and fishing. It is definitely the best way to see the Bay of Islands. The boat itself has a lot of rustic charm, the rooms were clean an comfortable. Thank you for such an awesome trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a nice trip with the “Rock” team. The trip was really pleasant and relax. We had sufficient time to do all activities. Having seven-month pregnancy, I joined all the activities and being well looked after by the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing time on the boat with the crew - Johnny and Daniel. The whole day was entertaining from start to finish. You get to see a lot of the Bay and try kayaking, go for a swim, SUP, or a walk on an island. We went snorkeling and Daniel was getting kina for the boat. It's definitely worth the trip and a great way to get in the sights. I would do it again with other friends the next time I am up there.

The Rock Adventure Cruise is definitely a must do if you’re travelling to the Bay of Islands. We stayed overnight with 3 kids (4,7,10) and we all loved the experience. The staff are awesome, friendly and welcoming, the food is great and there are so many activities. There’s no excuse to be bored but still time to slow down and enjoy the scenery, my kids even found time to chill out and read a book while on deck.

End of year break up for our team and we had an AMAZING day on board with The Rock Adventure crew!! Diving, Fishing, Paddle boarding, Kayaking, An island walk and the yummiest lunch!! Highly Recommend The Rock Adventure cruise!! Thank you again for such an awesome experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I had the time of our lives on our day cruise with Johny and his crew. Such a great experience. I had my first ever swim in the ocean and Harley was so great with helping me out. The hike up the hill and the views from the summit were spectacular. And we were taken back to the boat for such a delicious lunch!
The people were actually the best part of the cruise. We felt so welcomed. We had some fun conversations that left a lasting impression. We're definitely going back for the overnight cruise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We celebrated my partners 60th Birthday with 10 family on an overnight stay on The Rock Adventure What a fabulous time we had. Jonny and the crew make everything so easy but loads of fun too. We did night kayaking, fishing, swimming ( yes in May) high diving, paddle boarding and an island visit and lookout walk.Highly recommend this trip if you are into these types of activities and want a fun and adventurous family or group get away.
