We have had beyond helpful support and completely non judgemental professional service. β β β β β I found the vet and the staff were really concerned about my dog and showed her the care that I felt was so great and had no worries leaving the dog with them. They also explained what was wrong with her in a way that I could understand and also showed me exactly what I was paying for. Thank you all so much. I thought that my dog was ready to leave us but now shes looks healthy as and looks like she has a few more years in her

β β β β β Actual vets are brilliant but the receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional, and needs to work on her communication skills. Maybe she should learn to talk to people how she would like to be talked to, next time I wont be so nice.
