★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service of this store is pathetic. The manager and the big lady with grey short hair, on the counter is super rude.
First they sell products with warranty and when the product is not good, they try to shoo you away, by being super rude and blaming the thing on you. They have no manners at all. These people should be replaced else this store should close down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased zip 30cm pan with lid on 17th December 2021 upon receiving item it was damaged went to return to manukau branch staff tld me they will order again. Went second time to pick up the pan staff giving me the damaged product. So now I'm informed that I have to wait for another week it's almost a 1 month now.
But I can see they had advertise zip 30cm pan but I'm informed they don't have stock checked online shows there is a stock why they lie to customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always something on sale at Briscoes Manukau. Great place to go and shop if you need something but not willing to pay full price for the same product in the big retailers. May have wait till sales are on for specific brands if you're fussy.

Service was great, smiles and very helpful.
I can really recommend using either or both Briscoes on line or in store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just slow poor service, the point of click & collect is to be fast and simple. I waited the same amount of time I would have spent shopping for the goods myself. When I finally asked the lady how long it would take she says we are short staffed and I'll go get your order? It's funny because she could have done that as soon as we arrived. The worst thing about this experience is that same checkout operator was just standing at the counter packing something irrelevant (in other words she was not serving or helping any customer) and it was not busy at all. After I asked her how long? She goes off ant gets my order in 1min?
Poor service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great deal today. Been looking to buy new dinnerware for a while, but honestly everything either has patterns I don't like or is white. But today and until Sunday 25th there's 30% & 40% off many items - loose dinnerware, coffee mugs. Pictured is Lotus dinnerware in purple (it's actually grey with a slight purple tinge) with my Kmart containers.
