I always ask to see Dr Vandana because the times I met Dr Alex I felt he wasn't very helpful and I just felt he couldn't build a doctor - patient rapport. I had no choice but to see him today as Dr Vandana is on leave. I asked him about my blood test results and he said he had only 15mins and therefore, I should tell him if there are other problems. I started telling him my problem which he started attending to. However, when I told him I had another problem, he kept reminding me that he had only 15 mins with me and therefore the earlier problem has to wait and I have to come back another time. In the ten mins I was with him he reminded me 4 times that I had 15mins with him and therefore, he couldn't attend to everything. I then told him that instead of reminding me 4 times and talking about the 15min limitation he had, he could have examined me instead. When I asked for a referral to a specialist, he went on telling me how it might not be attended too. He did that once before a few years ago and I suffered with a problem for more than two years. Finally Dr Vandana referred me when I told her that I m truly suffering. I feel I didn't get my money's worth of medical advice as he was so afraid of spending more than 15 mins with me. I m definitely pulling out of this practice and going somewhere else. Obviously Dr Alex doesn't believe in making his patients comfortable and building a rapport. I suggest he got a stop watch which indicates when 15 mins is up and not take up the patient's time and money by reminding them so many times that he has only 15 mins with each patient. I suggest your practice also puts notices on the walls of the waiting area that consultation with each patient is strictly only 15 mins and not eat into our consultation time through repeated reminders.

Very poor customer service by this Fiji Indian receptionist( Ashwini). She has no basic manners and training for customer service/ receptionist instead- she has no smile, rude tone, bad attitude, no compassion, unapologetic if make a mistake, unwelcoming and much more. I am so frustrated, every time she makes me upset and I have to roll my eyes on her lame conversation. ?

Pathetic customer service/receptionist ?. There is Fiji Indian receptionist ( Ashwini), is very rude , unwelcoming, never smiling and has very poor communication skills. She makes the visit really hard and makes me angry every time. If you ask her something,she never replies you properly and do not convey message to the nurse or doctor if you are waiting for them. She needs to be changed or doctors will loose their patients/ business just because she is the front person and we need to see her from making an appointment to pay and more.???

RUDE AND RACIST Receptionist (PAM) no manners and hungs up calls, called back again and hung up again no apologies , i just checked and seen lots of negative feedback about Pam in google review, I guess management doesn't care about this.

Dr Alex is very useful and helpful. However countless times I have called up and the receptionist hangs up the call. I know she does this because it's not just once or twice she's very rude and I have no idea how she still has a job there. I work in admin it doesn't take much manners to be a decent human being. The way she talks and looks at you is just rude and quite frankly disgusting. I hope they look at these reviews and fire her for being disgusting human being.

I don’t have the option to mark 0 that’s why I’m giving it 1 star. Won’t recommend at all. It’s over a week now and they’re not providing me my lab results nor uploading to β€˜manage my health’. Every time I called for an update they would make excuses and say I will receive a callback after 2 hours but no one does.

WHAT A RUDE SERVICE BY THE LADY PAM. She was utterly disgusting with her words and an aggressive service has been provided. I wanted an appointment for my child, not letting me finish put me on a hold. When I told her I didn't prefer phone consultation, her words "what a waste of my time" (2 minutes) and her delivery was extremely racist. She also said she hated dealing with people like me "Indian". Appears that my friends have had similar services, including swearing at one of them. The management is not doing anything about it. Clearly they support her racist behaviour!! Will be filing a case against her.

We never had a good experience in this place, definitely not a place for taking your little ones. I can write a essay with issues we had with this clinic. We changed our GP few weeks back and this is best decision we made. We have a GP who listens to us, empathic towards us and provide right medication which we never experienced in Woodstreet docs. I am being generous by giving 2 start.
