Absolutely disgusted my daughter went today has been so sick all week. The doctor who worked today was so rude and recommended chicken soup and cough medicine. Not happy will be taking further

My Dad used to be looked after by Dr Salam and Dr Hilal. They were very attentive and compassionate towards his illness. The support the whole family received was immense; it helped us support my Dad. We are forever grateful.

You need to change your receptionist or teach them customer service because most your reviews here are about them. We phoned in the morning to make an appointment for my 8months old baby who was not feeling well but there was none available so we did a walk-in. we waited for 2hours in the car, i phoned the reception to ask approx time and told them my baby was getting frustrated in the car. The indian lady at the reception said about 30-40mins. 5mins later my husband went inside to tell them that we were nearby and when the doctor is ready to see us can they phone to let us know. the other lady at reception said yes she will. an hour later no one phoned us so we decided to go and check again. when we got there the receptionist said oh you are back, the doctor came and checked, you guys were not there so he said to let him know when we come back. we got mad that we would have been still waiting for the phone call and they would have waited for us to return back. The receptionist informed the doctor we are back and couple mins later the doctor phones me to do a phone consultation. That got me soo mad that why make us wait for 3hours if we were going to do a phone consultation and why didnt the doctor phone us straight away when it was our turn rather than waitfor us to return back. The ladies at reception are really bad at customer service, she told my husband "can you wait outside patiently" when he went to ask her why did she not phone us. and when i went in to see if we had to wait again the lady told me no the doctor will be out any minute and she turned around and said "OH MY GOD" really loudly.

Been here on several occasions and always disappointing. Booked appointments then told to wait as a walk in, had to sit in car for 2 hours after reception (indian lady) said to wait there only to find no one arrived me, in other words sat there for 2 hours for literally no reason. Reception staff really think it's totally fine to waste people's time saying oh I don't know what happened but you will be next... i will only ever return here as a last resort

Doctor Salam Salih has been my GP for several years and he knows everything there is to know about my health issues. The occasions I have been seen by other doctors have been really disappointing experiences. One doctor told me I had to have a full medical to sit my full license which costed me $90 in total! Im not even 60 yet! Not good feedback unfortunately and they have a tendency to ignore my notes and change my regular prescriptions, and repeats. Recieving only half of the normal amounts which means paying extra for the other half in the same month. Several times one of the receptionists hadnt passed on my prescription to the doctor to send through, which means going to the chemist for nothing just like today and now theyre closed, so I cant get my meds! This is the 4th time its happened which is why I am writing a review. Really disappointed again! There should be a record of the time I called today and that was the same rude receptionist by the way!

If I could a give zero star, I would. Worst clinic ever - right from reception to GPs to the pharmacy. No one really cares about your time or sticking to an appointment. The receptionist rolled her eyes when I asked her about the long wait. The GP literally told me to "google it" as part of his consult advise. Never coming back. Complete waste of time.

This clinic has no regard for their patients' time. I've been sitting waiting for an hour now for an appointment I booked last week. No one's tried to follow up with me since I got here. I just checked in with the receptionist and they told me to sit down and wait. Wait for how much longer? Hello, my appointment was an hour ago?? Horrible time management and service. Don't bother making appointments with them, they're not going to keep to it. In fact, don't even bother coming here. You're better off elsewhere.

Hard working staff who did a fantastic job dealing with some problematic immunisation records from a previous doctor for my 18 month old son. I felt like we met almost the entire staff today as we dealt with this issue; helpful receptionists, lovely nurses and a very caring doctor. Overall we were very well looked after. Thank You Botany Medical.
