For new patients, your initial appointment can take up to two hours depending on what tests are required prior to or after the specialist sees you.
We also ask that under Covid-19 Guidelines, we ask that unless necessary that a support person accompanies you to your appointment, we ask that you don’t bring anyone with you.
We also ask that all our patients wear masks and use the hand sanitiser provided in the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointing that I had to twice chase up the initial consultation report (after initially contacting the referring optometrist when 2 months had passed). The report was eventually written up on the day of my second enquiry, 10 weeks after the consultation, with no apology or explanation. If I hadn't persisted, it still wouldn't be done.
