I was minutes early and she started rolling her eyes up and didn't want my business - saying not open yet- it's as if she is forced to be working. Poor service! Its not like a asked her to clean it now. I was just dropping it off!

I dropped my jacket at the end of July, by the time they said it would take approx. two weeks to get it done, well that's fine. And then we went to lockdown, one week after we came down to level 2. I went there to pick up my jacket. I thought it would be ready by then, but it didn't. I asked them when can the jacket be ready and if they can arrange the delivery, they said yes, so I gave them my address and waited for my jacket to be delivered. I've never received any call or txt and my jacket wasn't delivered as they promised. I only pick it up Monday last week(28th of Sep), it took them two months to dry clean a leather jacket despite the lockdown. The most terrible thing is my jacket has been ruined, the textured is completely different, and it used to be shiny but it became matte. I don't know how did they treat it, it looks like they have sprayed some black paint on it? and they haven't removed the stain on the button. It’s not cheap, I spent 84.5 for the service, I would expect something better than this! Won’t never go there again.
