★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just rang customer service regarding a parcel I have not yet received, the tracking number I was given by the sender was not recognised in their system the girl kept telling me. She kept asking for a consignment number.... Asked her can her system be more helpful, response was no..... Customer Services needs improving A.S.A.P this is shocking. Had to give a star but DO NOT DESERVE IT !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting. Got talked to atrociously by some female lady on the other side of the phone. Then she hung up on me. Never ever ship with them, the most useless company for delivery in Nz. Never had problems with anyone else. Don't bother talking to them they're just nasty and useless, won't help you at all. Also gonna take another month for my package to get here as they're lazy and slow. Never again
