★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Answers the phone sometimes. Sometimes REALLY good. Sometimes they say 10 minutes but it is 20 minutes hence 2/5. Many times 5/5.
Edit: very very slow. Do not go here if you have less than 30 min to spare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time customer and very disappointed. Won't be rushing to visit them again. Service was horrible. Chicken didn't taste fresh. They run out of bread rolls but we were not advised. Was not a good experience at all. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just placed my first order over the phone and to say the least, I am very disappointed. The service I received from over the phone was appalling and quite rude as I was hung up on while talking. This is not how you attract customers back and definitely not how staff members should be speaking to those ordering from there restaurant. tbh I am exited for my meal as I ordered a ultimate toastie, large curly fries and a side of mash and gravy. It better not be cold and it better not disappoint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through Uber Eats, which took ages to delivered and the value pack grilled chicken was just like a box of charcoal. This even smells so burnt and bad, which I cant even eat. Worst chicken ever. Be aware of this burnt quality people.

But the service was really poor, the person attending didn’t even look at me after been waiting for a some time. Only after the chef saw me came out and ask me what I wanted. The other guy took my orden with a bad attitude. Had to wait more than 20 minutes and when I asked for tomato sauce he through them at the counter saying “there you go” with even looking.
Maybe I think twice before coming back to this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When they're on point the food is great! Unfortunately, it's quite hit or miss and you don't really know what type of quality you'll get. The waiting time for the food is next level bad though. 15min here really means 45min. BUT when they do get it right, the food tastes as good as the picture ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 10mins for my meal and I received cold chips and a warm piece of chicken.
The gravy was watery and the spicy wings tasted like they were in the oven for hours, dry and chewy.
Definitely wont be going back here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same story different store a year on, still takes ages to get food out (20mins for a basic value meal). That said, food is tasty and always fresh but perhaps some more staff in the kitchen would go a long way. Place could do with a sweep but it's overall a good place to get tasty food.
