★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced the most apooring customer service at this store, clearly didnt want to be at work, as the look on their face showed just that. No greeting. Attitude issues were outstanding. Level restrictions are hard on them as well as the paying customers as it's new to us aswell. I hope this employee has a better day tommorw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the 10th of November 2021 at about 10:30am I went into Toy World Lower Hutt looking for a particular Lego set for my partner. I advised both of the staff members at the front counter that I was looking for this set and I felt really looked after that they both went out of their way to find this set for me. I was advised that they had some on order and were expecting shipment soon but couldn't say when which was understandable. They took my details down and said they would be in touch once they arrive. A few minutes later I got a call saying the set I was looking for had arrived! I couldn't believe my luck as I was not expecting to see this set before Christmas but these 2 certainly made 1 of my many Christmas wishes come true. So thank you to those 2 beautiful woman that did this for me. You both truly made my day and are both truly spectacular and wonderful humans :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really helpful staff, toys are set out on shelves, like a bookstore so they are easy to find/see/choose.
Prices on the whole are a tad more than the Warehouse (Lego at the Warehouse was $44 & cost me $49 at Toyworld) but customer service more than makes up the difference. I'd choose Toyworld any day.
Metered parking outside the shop & a free handy 15min parking is on the opposite side of the road
