I've been in a couple of times and the staff are friendly and greet me on entry. Nice people in there who are willing to help.
I love the Lego range, very tempting to relive my childhood through my children!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Custom service was awful, got served by a dark hair middle aged lady in glasses, she was so rude and arrogant. :( The other two people at the counter were much better to deal with, but she seemed like the one in charge, puts me off coming to the store knowing how rude and condescending she is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest - the store ' feels ' gloomy. Perhaps the rows should have been horizontal rather than vertical. Or just too much Lego when you walk in the door. Toy Shops should appeal to the eye of the child. My Grandson asked me
'why is it so dark inside there'
after his one & only visit. He prefers Toyworld Albany. Toyworld Albany has good lighting. Perhaps that's the key.
