★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with my exchange of NZ money into Australian currency although I'd exchanged money 2 weeks earlier I did notice a slight difference in the rate .A lovely girl did the exchange and I could ask for the notes I wanted nothing seemed to be a problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No fees or commission? I exchanged money to the sum of $390 with them yesterday. Now, the Aussie dollar is stronger than NZD and should’ve received at least $400 NZD, or more. If there are no charges, why did I get less then what I gave them ($387 NZD)? You need to be truthful about fees, because clearly there are some hidden costs somewhere...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location is the shopping centre with easy parking. We exchanged small amounts of many different currencies at a good rate with no fee. Good customers service, friendly staff.but if you are exchanging large amounts I'd shop around for the best rates but start here

Been in recently, the bloke working was great. Helpful, knowledgeable, exactly what I needed.
Went in Friday evening after work, and the girl working was on another planet. Tried talking to her, and got nowhere.
It's a shame to see such inconsistencies.
I want to say the bloke deserves more, and girl deserves less.
