★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to find, but that's the only flaw. It's in the middle of centreplace, near the food court. Service can be slow but only because it can get pretty busy. Staff are polite and helpful too.

I walked in trying to explain what I wanted (didn’t know exactly what I wanted) and the lovely man helped me find the perfect thing for my family! It has been great. And my mum had some payment issues and the lady was so helpful and patient. Thank you for your lovely service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21/03 4pm - I wish I could give zero stars. The lady with short black hair (would not give a name) working in your store is the most rudest, unhelpful person I have come across. The first thing she said to me after I showed her my cracked screen was "and what?". She then refused to help us with anything, not giving me the chance to explain my situation. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED IF YOU WOULD LIKE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AT SPARK CITY CENTRE IN HAMILTON!!!!!! ??? WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!
