★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in store last night (Wed 13 Dec 2018) and the store was very busy and there was a young lady at the counter doing an amazing job - she was on her own as the person that was meant to be working with her did a no-show. She stayed calm and was very courteous and did not lose her cool, I was very tempted to jump behind the counter and give her a hand but instead I offered to wrap and pack my own purchase (there was a lot) so she could see to the next person. To this young lady I commend you on your work ethic and your ability to stay cool under pressure - well- done. Her manager should be very proud of this young lady, she is definitely the kind of employee that you want working in your store - she deserves a medal. Merry Christmas :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Lynn Mall are very professional and helpful. Just such a shame the company uses such dreadful couriers which smash items! Had to return a smashed item and I do feel for the staff here as they go out of their way to rectify issues that are totally out of their control. Give the staff a pay rise and get rid of Toll couriers!
