★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bed was really great, unfortunately that's were the good stuff ends. The room was large but not at all welcoming. It is obvious that cleaning is not a priority for the management. The shower door had a build up if grime which made the door opaque. There was mildew on the shower walls above the liner. The bathroom floor was disgusting particularly behind the door but the kicker was someone elses hair still on the shower floor. The added bonus of cobwebs in the public area plus in the room was an undesirable extra. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were great. Clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked. Only complaint would be that noise from the room above ours travelled very easily through the ceiling. Their footsteps and conversation were very loud. Quite happy with the place overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for one night on a work trip. Room was a very good size and had everything I needed and more. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Walls are quite thin and the blinds don't fully block out the street light but overall was a good stay. Friendly welcome and close to nearby shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best price in the area, and the staff were really helpful, even when my flight was massively delayed due to poor weather. The room is nice, and there is a supermarket nearby which makes getting food really easy. The bed is also very soft and comfortable.
Noise was a bit of a concern though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed 4 days at Uni Motel and I was surprised at the cleanliness ! there wasn't a single dirty spot in this little room. I really appreciated it. The bed was very comfortable! And the staff really smilling ! I recommend it 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, newly decorated. Good pressure in the shower but no hooks or rails or anywhere to put toiletries. Toilet seat missing. Room was spacious. Includes table and 2 chairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap place good for quick night stop over but nothing more, beds were comfy. You get what you pay for though. Good service, place looks nice on the surface but very dusty under the beds and on the side tables to the point you can actually see the dust settled. The bathroom needs a deep clean, with the floor scrubbed and the downpipe need to be cleaned as it let's out a horrid smell. The walls are extremely thin! You can hear everything! You can hear people showering. You can hear people walking around upstairs, talking and laughing. Most definitely needs carpet or something to break up the sound. You can also hear people walking down the hallway and the door to the hallway let's in a lot of light!
