Ordered 2701/2022 Not good.
Thought I'd give Wendy's Te Atatu South a 2nd chance to encourage me 2 review them highly after my 1st disappointed. Chose incorrectly. Missing items from orders. Quality of food delivered definitely an issue. I guess I have a whole lot more options available to me moving forward to choose WHO 2 spend my hard-earned money on. I will do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Ordered via uber eats. Food was cold and yuck. Chips were cold and had no salt. Everything was soggy. Lettuce was so stale and burgers were tasteless. Completely wasted almost $50. Definitely not worth it.
Update: Me and my sister became very nauseous and vomited a lot, we had an upset stomach all night, diarrhea. Believe it's food poisoning because this happened an hour or 2 after having the food. I will be taking the necessary actions.

1st time coming to this Wendy's and going to be a regular.
Chips were cooked perfectly, crispy, super hot and the perfect amount of salt.
Burger nice and hot, juicy, delicious.
Drink nice and cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best work to describe this place is sticky. Far too much sauce made the burger sloppy and hard to eat. Buns were flattened. Expectation is far better than reality!
Will say that food was super fast - kitchen was packed with workers, must do a lot of Uber eats orders!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum asked for a coke no sugar and the casheer saw that there was already a cup of normal coke that was already filled up underneath the soda machine and pretended to put it underneath the coke no sugar dispenser, pressed it down, and gave it to her. My mum saw the whole thing and new the worker was trying to be sneaky or was too lazy to fill up a new cup, but just drank it anyway and didn't want to cause a fuss, but really they were trying to be sneaky lol.
