β β β β β I have never had a bad experience here, the staff are all really lovely and understanding. They also have a great range of experience with pets of all shapes and sizes.
Dr Bobs treats your pets as if they were their own. My bunnies have even been given nicknames by staff and were asked after on future visits with other pets. Feelin' the love!
Prices can be a wee bit higher than other vets, but well worth it for the exceptional service.

β β β β β Lovely cattery, nice spacious rooms for the cats and a nice out of room play area. They were able to both take and give my cat back at short notice as I wasnt sure what was going to happen with me at the hospital. I have an illness that has me in and out of hospital and 1 of my cats needs medicating so its nice to be able to have a place with quality facilities and amazing staff that I can take them too last minute and know that they will be well cared for! Every cat room has 2 levels, a bed, safe space and a little tree plus you can bring things from home to help comfort them!

Puppy school was also really good, I felt like I got money's worth out of it plus more.

β β β β β We have both long haired and short haired huskies and without a doubt - the team at the Waimauku Vets North Groomers are second to none!
Dogs always come home looking amazing, absolutely fizzing and happy!
We have always been scared to take our 2 anywhere to be groomed after hearing horror stories from other people taking theirs to other groomers and coming back shaved! - Not chances of that here!
Cheers all! Keep it up! Would highly recommend to others!
