★ ★ ★ ★ ★ friendly place in convenient location, particularly for short-term tourists like me. I need you to travel Sam and they were helpful in guiding me to the right package and installing it and checking that at work. The whole thing was quick and efficient. Pricing was in line for New Zealand.

I pre order i phone 12 pro max on 7 Nov on that day I give them all the details and they place my order says its take 1 or 2 week but when I call online team they says your order is ready to collect when I check the tracking details the courier need to come queenstown store but it reached piha Auckland . Then I call customer care they says it need to come back warehouse then we are able to resend. Its almost a month guys its better you go with Spark and other provider they have really good service......

Bought a network locked phone from them that they did not state that it was network locked nore did they tell me, further the phone randomly crashed and restarted on me multiple times within the first couple of weeks, the manager was rude to me and refused to replace it. Simply criminals DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t even wanted to give 1star total scammers bought an iphone on open term plan and wanted to change my plan and the customer service guy was rude and told me it’s fraudulent for me to change the plan. Why would i freaking change to vodafone from two degrees. Total rip off for 3mnths. Paying the plan off and going back to 2 degree. Worst decision ? and if any one looking at this comment train your team at Queenstown properly. I have worked in customer service for five yrs and never dealt with customer like that. Too bad. I even returned iphone 13 pro which was mistakenly delivwred to my address from them. Being honest and getting service like this poor me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alea was really unhelpful, felt extremely disappointed with his customer service quality, consistently raising up his voice like customer did something wrong to him. My broadband been deactivated by Vodafone company while I moved to new apartment, but I’ve only asked for address change which I only found out yesterday as my internet connection was fully gone. Store team rather then helping me out from a situation that I need to stay home with no internet at all for a whole week, they trying very hard to shut me off with “ you wasn’t charged for while you had your internet going”. Changing to spark now.
