Every time I called was a different awnser,until at last they told me " you're situation is really tricky, you can not have either fibre neither wireless"
Would have been great to start with that,and save me some time and stress.

It was supposed to be delivered in 2 businessdays. 9 days later, it still hasn't been delivered and the best advice vodafone customer service is giving me is, calling the mail service they've chosen myself. Regardless of the fact that I can't call anyone hence I havn't received my mobile plan yet, what customer service is coming back to its customer, telling them that they have to figure the issue out themselves?
the whole experience of purchasing something online and the customer service is disappointing and not at all recommendable.
I would give 0 stars if I could.
