★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived and found the apartment had been burgled. The main TV was missing. This wasn't replaced for a day and a half. There was a TV in the main bedroom that didn't work. The toilet in the ensuite wasn't working properly. One of the double beds was just a pullout. The management didn't seem to care. Ruined the first two days of our 4 days. Quite a lot of road noise being on the main highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the 2nd time we stayed here, last time in smaller apartment 7, but this time we splashed out for apartment 3 with lake and pool views and three bedrooms. LOVED IT... Was vefry clean, had everything you needed, views were amazing, Pool and Spa are awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently spent a couple of nights in Unit 11 with friends visiting from around the world and we were absolutely delighted with our accommodation. The furnishings were luxurious, the layout was perfect and everything was spotless. i have travelled a lot and this would top anything I have stayed in before. We were sad that we only had a short visit.
The only disappointment was the spa was to hot to use because of the geothermal water.
I also have to commend the way a mistake I made in the booking was handled. Because I dealt directly with the Taupo agent and was able to speak to her on the phone and explain the problem, she fixed it for me. What a relief! It could have been a costly mistake that would have ruined our holiday..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely, clean apartments and well managed. Have nice small heated pool and spa. Within walking distance of the Taupo shops and Two Mile Bay Sailing Club which is a great spot to catch the sunset with a late afternoon drink.
