★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having just come from a similar priced hotel ($240 night), that was immaculate, we were disappointed to find this hotel advertised as 'luxurious', didn't match the photos.
Positives ,- comfortable bed, shower was powerful enough & room very clean. New kitchenette was good quality though would recommend a smaller jug as the sink is tiny. Spa looked clean but we didn't use it.
Negatives - Couch very uncomfortable, fold out couch so framing felt through seat.
Bathroom light super strong & bathroom dated. Perspex ceiling panel in bathroom open to exposed wiring.
Wardrobe door bifolds missing some of their mounting hardware so wobbly.
Curtains don't pull together in lounge.
Looks like half way thru reno then stopped, just really needs a proper update.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the Executive suite which is very spacious. The staff are very friendly, helpful (and also honest- which is a refreshing change). Although our room does not overlook the lake, the premises are situated adjacent to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had a couple of nights in the spa suite and have returned home feeling so relaxed and refreshed. It's a small space but has everything you need. The bed is super comfy, the spa is like a cherry on your cake. So lovely and clean, plenty of towels and a yummy bathrobe. I could have stayed for weeks.
