β β β β β Awesome stay over Christmas/New Years. Well managed security and management of visitors so no issues for families with young kids at NY. Lots of kids for our 9 year old to play with, lots of facilities, everything clean and well maintained and just a 5 minute walk to town or the lake.

β β β β β Staying here is usually a good experience, HOWEVER... The early morning peace and quiet, sitting with a cup of tea / listening to the birds was interrupted for 45 minutes!!! As the park attendant started dragging the rubbish and recycling bins from the back of the park, up to the front entrance. From one end of the park to the other.... Continuous noise, back and forth, back and forth!!!! . We all know how much noise a wheelie-bin makes when it's dragged over gravel. IS IT REALLY NECESSARY TO DO THIS BETWEEN 8-9AM? βΉοΈβΉοΈβΉοΈ Totally ruined our morning. Several holiday makers were looking on with annoyance. Shaking their heads. Please have some consideration for your guests. Most people are gone by 10am. Do it after 10am?

β β β β β Highly recommend. Visited in May 2022 Travelling with family in a Motorhome... Very well run Park. Easy to find...New showers and toilets were excellent, Excellent kitchen and dining facilities. Smart tv in dining tv area great. Great laundry facilities. Short stroll to town. . Would deff stay again.

β β β β β We had an enjoyable stay here for a couple of nights. Close to the lake and walking distance from the township. Toilets and showers are basic but clean. Unfortunately one toilet block was shut due to lack of staff. Separate bins for glass, recycling and waste. Staff were a bit cold and messed up our payment when we arrived (we clearly asked for two nights). Then came to find us because we hadn't checked out, then chased multiple times for us to come and pay for the second night (calling us again while we were on site when we had said we would come past to pay). Holiday Park is open to all i.e. don't ask for a QR code.

β β β β β It was fine. That's unfortunately about it. The part of the park we stayed in our caravan in felt more like a parking lot. Certainly wasn't the 'nice side' of the park. We had no wifi, it wouldn't reach and unfortunately the Wanaka cell network was overloaded so we barely got cell reception/data either. The neighbours didn't obey the sound curfews with loud music at 2am. But, it was new years. Manager did try to help to be fair. Bathrooms were always a mess. Very busy park. Would be fine not at new years if you stayed on the waterfront side I think.

β β β β β Clean and plenty of amenities available. There where signs up advices there was a lack of staff, but all looked great. Spacious place for our van and tent. And walking distance to #thatwanakatree. Will sure come back as it's a great place.

β β β β β Excellent!! Lake view across the football grounds etc. Close to town. Facilities clean, modern and well maintained. Well laid out with good space for each site. Safe, good security. Can't gain entry unless you have the code to activate the gate.

β β β β β This is a big camp and quite full but it doesn't feel cramped. The price was really reasonable and the staff very efficient and helpful. Showers are great and everywhere is clean and well maintained. A lovely park.
