★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived in Wanganui very late one night in the hope of being able to find some last minute accommodation (not as simple as we thought it would be winging it). Everywhere in town was booked out but we managed to phone and secure a room with 5 minutes to reception closing in the middle of the night. There was a mix up with an online booking with two groups booking at 10:50pm and us both arriving at the same time. The lady in reception was very good at re-organising the double booking and was able to get us into another room with a discount which was great because we were only staying there for 8 hours :) Thanks again for your effort so late in the night and at the very end of your shift. We appreciated it :)

Best place to stay while in Whanganui. Very clean, comfortable, private and suitable accommodation if you're with the kids. It's close to tourist attractions and most importantly the service was excellent! We'll definitely be back! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived the lady at the front desk was lovely & friendly. We had the 2 bedroom suit & it was so clean & tidy which is a must when staying
anywhere. The beds were so comfortable and the kids had lots of room to play. It had everything we needed and we would most definitely stay here again. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception was friendly and helpful. But I'd have to say...I was disappointed with the room. It was tiny. I mean tiny. A bed. A tiny table. No where to sit and relax. A shower that if you stop back you turn off the shower. And the decor is dark. Dark bedspread, black curtains, black carpet, black chairs. Great for cave dwellers but not my style.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff friendly. Good sized unit. Nice wall art. Smart TV. Great spa bath. Parking good. But bed was terrible, mattress hard & old. Duvet covering too small for bed. Shower low pressure & went hot & cold. Was expensive so I wouldn't go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great stay in the two bedroom apartment.
Modern furnishing with TV in the lounge and bedroom. Nice bathroom with fancy shower. Kitchen meeting all the basic needs to cook a meal.
The outside look was cool with blue LED lights and plenty of interesting plants.
Staff was also nice and helpful.
Will be coming back.
