★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent pre-sales advice. These guys have decades of experience and are on top of all the latest developments in home heating (a rapidly changing industry). Do yourself a favour before purchasing any heating system and talk to the team at Warm and Cool. I did and haven't regretted in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full install of 16kw mitsubishi heatpump and radiators plus connection to hot water cylinder. Not an easy job as double story 50s house and a lot of cutting and installation to do.
Technical staff very talented - in particular Ross.
Julius, the Sales Manager is a stand out individual and had great suggestions, with decent follow up all the way through. Wanting to support the correct outcome within initial costings.
Job was complex and very hard to draw to a close. Would have been nice to finish on a high note, but at least wound up after many months.
Ownership has changed to someone new without industry experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this company have been consistently challenging to deal with; unprofessional and unreliable. The system itself works fine and seems to add value to the home; although have had to make repairs to the exterior Heat Pump unit within a 3 year period due to a de-frosting issue (unsure if this is normal for these systems).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We built our home 4 years ago. Warm and Cool installed the underfloor heating and hot water systems in both the main house and a separate system in our granny/rental flat. They also installed a heat pump in our garage and an air exchange system in our media room. Both the home and the flat are warm and dry and there's always plenty of hot water. The multi-zone underfloor systems are somewhat complicated, but we received thorough training on how to use everything, and it all works perfectly. We rented for 4 years prior to building and endured some rather cold winters. At one point we were spending $1500 per month to heat a 200 sq m home to 15 degrees. Now, in the winter we are spending $700 per month to heat a 500 sq m home to 23 degrees, so they've recommended, designed and installed an incredibly efficient system. On the few occasions where something has gone wrong, we've had our local service agent turn up within a matter of hours, so their after-sales support and service has really been excellent. 100% recommend

He was very helpful with any questions we had and very impressed with his quick response
