★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's actually student accommodation which meant very VERY loud parties all night long so our family did not sleep well at all. Very expensive considering.
Also, no way to get hold of reception incase of key loss after 5pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager (Barbara Henderson) was very unresponsive and rude. I texted her on Wed and Thur saying that I wanted to view the room on Thurs but she only replied me on Friday afternoon saying that I could view the room anytime. I then replied her saying that I’m driving to Unitec (from Mount Wellington) to Unitec for the viewing after reading her text. I arrived Unitec at 4.30pm and still waiting for her reply and she finally replied me approximately 2 hours later saying that she’s at her office. I texted her telling her the truth that she had been very unresponsive but she was unhappy when I arrived at her office and saying that I should have not said her unresponsive and wanted to argue with me. What a rude and bad service attitude. I decided not to carry on with the room viewing after the way she treated me. I noticed that there’s another reviewer complaining about her for the similar reason as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I approached Barbara Henderson, the receptionist/manager today asking in a gentle manner about parking my car as I was genuinely unaware to which her reply was a smirk and in a condescending manner started to tell me that there were only two visitor car parks all the time smirking and in a plainly rude manner continued to talk to me about parking instead of answering my question
She is rude and has a nasty demeanour, it’s beyond me how someone like her is allowed to be in a position where she deals with students from various backgrounds.
