★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought a couple of heaters from them while in lockdown as I want to support small NZ owned businesses. I had to constantly ring and email to try and get any information re when they may be delivered, I understood that there may be delays currently but never got any information re when I could anticipate delivery, when they bothered to respond to my emails / phone messages left. Quite disappointed in the poor customer service, I know things are a bit crazy at the moment but some basic customer service / communication would have gone a long way, I won't be buying anything from them in future.
