β β β β β I received the service I requested for. However, I left the place feeling anxious and miserable. The customer service representative guy at the desk seemed like he doesn't want to run the business. The guy at the desk, if you ever read this, please put a smile on your face and learn to treat people with kindness. You may have had a bad day, I sympathise with you. But it doesn't excuse rudeness. keep in mind that everyone is going through something. Let's not be the cause of someone's misery.
