Customer service below zero, rood, angry and not helpful at all. Depressed staff with knowledge lack, too slow, all process takes ages and not getting done after all. Westpac now is dumber then ever before and this particular branch I would never walk in again! Wont open any new deal with this bank!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cunning, pathetic, twisted and crooked, at the lowest levels. This bank steals from everyone of its customers. Just got my credit card cancelled, for not using it. Liars, have it on record, our banking has flaws, yet it’s up-to-date and ahead in payments. Never trust these goons up there. Thank you Mia for your understanding, why I was upset. Khan.
