Hate to be a Karen but went twice & they’re too slow. The staff are nice, have clear & friendly communication. That’s about it. Just waited for 1.5 hrs for my COVID swab & still didn’t get my call so I just left?? Others around me were there longer & there were only 6 cars waiting to get their swab after registering all of our details from the beginning. This feels like a joke lol. And there was a very elderly couple who waited longer than I did, sitting in the heat with their masks on in their car? At least get their test done so they can go home instead of taking your time? Ive had to go down to White cross everyday for a week now due to getting dressing change Ive got to see it can get chaotic very quickly of influx of patients , patients can get irritable you can understand as people that go there normally had had some sort of trauma, but my observation & experience over the week are that the doctors & nurses are brilliant !! Dr Ho Dr Roxanne Dr Lily and the nurses are so amazing they do their jobs to the very best of their ability, people get emotional when they are not well so before you all write your bad reviews think I had to.

Absolutely terrible service. Took my partner to get checked up for consistent head aches and severe bone pain. After waiting three hours (it was busy - fair enough), our consult took less than 5 minutes and we were charged $110. Dr E. Luke Luk has to be the worst doctor I’ve come across. Zero empathy, seemed like he was in a rush, asked zero follow up questions regarding the headaches and offered no concrete solution except to β€˜maybe’ take some panadol. Further, we asked a couple of simple questions which were met with, β€œI don’t know, you will have to go visit the GP you register with in the future’. This is my first time reviewing anything ever and the experience was so utterly rubbish, I’m being forced to write this. If you do go, do not see Luke Luk.

Having a friend that works in the medical field I have a very high respect for doctors and nurses. But I have to say I was very disappointed with a lack of empathy or care I saw at White Cross. Waiting and hour to be seen was understandable. But when we got to see the doctor he really couldn't care less and ended up giving a cream that hasn't worked but has made things worse! For $110 as a student I would not come here again.

So I came to this clinic on Waitangi Day and the doctor that helped me was good but I just called the practice (three days later) to find out the results of the tests that should've been sent to labtests just to find out nothing had been sent. I was told just keep taking the prescription I was given. What if there was another underlying problem that the test would show??? My first round of medication didn't work. I'm on a second course of antibiotics now. I've been worried that this medication might not work. So I've been waiting for my results. That's so bad! I paid over $100 to visit this clinic because I knew I was going to be in a lot of pain if I didn't sort it out asap. For you guys to not send off my tests and not even do anything about it.

Terrible service! Even though you are dying of pain, rather than the doctor taking a fast look at you, you must go through a sequence of steps before receiving treatment. To begin, you must fill out a form with so many questions to answer that you must wait in line at the reception. Then they'll look at the information you've provided and place you in one of two groups. All first-time guests are sent to the right side of the reception, whereas those returning for the second or third time are directed to the left side. After around 15-20 minutes, a nurse will call your name and take you to a room where you will be asked numerous questions to help you comprehend what is going on. They then make you sit in the common area, where everyone who had been separated at reception are reunited. The GPs will then go about, although it takes an average of more than an hour for a GP to address a patient. When your doctor calls you in, you'll be asked the same questions over and over. The whole thing is pitiful, depressing, and bizarre. This is something that the Commissioner of Health and Disability should take note of. This is heartbreaking and unacceptable!

Over 1 hour currently on the phone on hold. The receptionist answered 40 minutes ago, said 'Can you hold?', put me on hold without me being able to answer and 40 minutes later I'm still on hold. Over an hour in total. I'm officially changing Dr's - this place has probably the worst service I've ever experienced. Rude. Slow. Fred Gudak is the exception (fantastic Dr) but I have nothing good to say about anyone else there. Their knee 'specialist' has never heard of my previous surgery before and googled it in front of me. No thanks. UPDATE: After 1 hour and 18 minutes on the phone, I hung up. Called another Dr in Mt Wellington and after 3 rings they answered and had me booked in for an appointment. Don't waste your time with White Cross Lunn Ave - they certainly don't care about it enough.

Only what I can say is they are very inefficient in service. Taking ages. The at the reception is not bad but way slower. I dnt know how they operate if at peak times. Filling forms is as usual as everywhere. But I wish that would be great if they or any clinic can implement a system from which they can grab details through NHI number. But not a lot of places offer walk in appointments. So, that is highly appreciated anyways. A pharmacy is available onsite.
