★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called wanting to schedule an appointment, but decided to pass after the unfriendly, hostile and curt receptionist I dealt with. I contacted another practice with excellent office staff and am a patient there now instead.

They are always very friendlly and will go out of there way to help you, if you need to speak to your doctor outside of an appointment . I see dr wyness a the clinic. He is very easy to talk to and really listens. Highly recommend this clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been seeing Dr. Russell Wyness at Bexley since 2013. He is an Excellent Psychartrist who is helping me with my Anxiety which is particularly bad due to family stuff etc. I only see his twice a year which is unfortuante because I can't afford to go more often. He has put me on the right medication for depression which I don't have anymore ... Thank you Russell you have my complete trust :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before going to see Dr Patrick Daniels at this clinic, I strongly advise that you look up his Australian reviews particularly if you've been referred here by ACC and then ask ACC to refer you to someone else. Dr Daniels does not take a proper history and there leads to incorrect diagnosis and a lot more stress for the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please attend at your own risk. I walked in here and saw Dr joseph. I expected a fresh assessment without any bias from my previous assessments. Dr Joseph only saw me for one session and said he will see me couple of times in order to do a work related report. However, he decided to use my medical reports which i supplied to him for back ground information and prepared a report on me. How can a psychiatrist provide an in depth report by spending a superficial less than 60 minutes with a person and come up with a judge-mental report. with an overkill in cost ( thousands). Big let down as Bexley Clinic has a high reputation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Russell Wyness did not take the time to read the information ACC sent him. He has written an assessment based on God knows what! He broke confidentially by having his doors open to a shared patio. He answered his phone in the middle of an assessment. I certainly do not recommend this doctor or practise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stay away. spent the better part of a year waiting for an appointment due to covid etc. when my appointment was finally coming up I recieved a call to confirm my appointment and whether Id like an in person appointment or one via zoom which I confirmed Id like an in person appointment. I was asked have I been vaccinated and told them I'd had my first dose. which they told me was no issue. I then received an email a day before my appointment with another confirmation of my "zoom appointment". when emailing back to remind them that Id confirmed for in person and not via zoom I was told "This will be possible but only if you are double vaxed and if you have not been in contact with anyone who has tested covid positive in the last 14 days" . Every single interaction with this place was terrible, having my appointment booked for a date and time then in later contact the appointment date they'd recorded was completely different to what id booked. then re-book again due to covid and they record my appointment time incorrectly again - this time by only 30 minutes but the point is whoever runs the phones and emails is unable to do anything properly it seems.
