★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a foot xray. I was able to just walk in, had a short wait time and a fabulous clinicial specialist who was full of energy and explained everything she was doing. I am lucky to have Southern Cross and while my xray was being done, all the payment details were sorted by receptionist, with nothing to pay on leaving. Thanks would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, such an exceptional customer service by Ritu. She is so polite and been helpful all the time. We have been assisted well and she helped us to fill the form. Applied to Southern Cross so my mother didn't have to worry about claims. Would definitely recommend this place.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to visit Mercy Radiology several times during my pregnancy for scans. RITU at reception is exceptionally caring for all your needs. She always made me feel very comfortable. All other staff is also very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic clean facility. Friendly, caring, compassionate staff. Special mention to this friendly lady who works there at the reception and who also did my x-rays. She's been working there for 15 years. She was so amazing the way she was treating the patients/visitors, going out of the way to show people parking, answering questions while simultaneously juggling her work duties. She was terrific and completely made my positive experience during my visit. Even the way she conducted the x-rays was A++. Thank you . Sorry I forgot the same of the lady.
